Potential Activities
The Beast is unlike any other communication exercise. Students are broken
into teams of 4 or 5; each team member has a specific job related to creating an exact replica of the Beast (as small model made of misc objects). Only one person from each team is allowed to actually see the original Beast, and can speak to only one other person on their team, who can only speak to one other person on the team etc, etc. Through processing we realize how messages to other, though often confusing can be improved and how communication is really a two-way street.
