As Human Resources Administrator you will be responsible for recruitment and induction.
The position directly supports the Human Resources Manager in delivering the Human Resources functions of the organization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven skills in providing accurate and timely human resource reporting
• Administration of advertising campaigns
• Be able to work as part of a small team as well as work independently and manage their own areas of responsibility
• Skills and experience working with computer packages i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook

The position directly supports the Head of Finance in delivering the payroll functions of the organization. You will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong payroll/finance background
• Be able to work as part of a small team as well as work independently and manage your own areas of responsibility
• Skills and experience working with computer packages i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

The Outdoor Education Groups mission is to deliver excellence in Outdoor Education through partnerships with our clients, in order to prepare young people for personal, social and environmental challenges in their Lives.

The Traineeship enables aspiring outdoor educators to develop their skills and experience whilst working.

Key selection criteria:

  • Demonstrated maturity and leadership
  • Ability to articulate your understanding of the benefits of outdoor education
  • Previous experience working with young people, or knowledge of issues affecting young people today
  • The ability to work and study autonomously
  • Previous exposure to outdoor environment/activities (desired)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver’s License

Positions available for Semester 1 and 2 in 2009
