Biloela, is a traditional Gundungurra word for Yellow Tailed Black cockatoo. The yellow tailed black cockatoo symolises self development, community/team relations, connection with the environment and the inter-relationships between these elements.

Biloela aims to bridge the gap between dormitory style camps and bush journey based outdoor education programs. The property boasts a unique educational environment which combines the best of wilderness based outdoor education, with the comfort and ‘back-to-basics’ facilities of carefully designed hut accommodation.
